Rosamond Roughton is currently the Director for Adult Social Care at the Department of Health and Social Care, where she leads the Government’s oversight of the adult social care sector. She previously worked in the NHS, where she led the national commissioning of general practice and other primary care services, healthcare in the criminal justice system and sexual services. She is Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners
